Tell us what’s broken.
A paragraph is plenty. If it is not something we should take on, we will say so and point you at someone who should.

After you press send
What happens next.
It lands in an inbox
Your message goes to a real inbox belonging to a real person, not a ticket queue that sends you a reference number and then thinks about it.
You get an answer
Within one working day, usually the same one, written by the person who would do the work rather than assembled from a template.
Half an hour on a call
We go through what you are trying to do, what already exists, and what it would take. No slide deck, and nobody else dialling in to listen.
Before you write
What helps us answer properly.
None of it is required. Every line of it makes the first reply more useful than “sounds interesting, shall we book a call?”
- What you are trying to do, in your own words. Not a spec — a paragraph.
- What you are using now, even if the honest answer is a spreadsheet and a group chat.
- When it needs to be working, and what goes wrong if it is not.
- Whether there is a budget yet. “No idea” is a real answer, and we will come back with a range rather than a question.
Or don’t
Rather just email?
It goes to the same person and gets the same reply time. No form, no fields, and nothing that signs you up to anything.
